This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Valko s.r.o. processes, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and what rights you have in connection with data processing. Processing takes place in accordance with GDPR regulations.

From the Career form:

Technical and analytical data:
- Website usage data (according to cookie settings)
Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Data Recipients
We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data processed through forms is sent via the Resend service (email notification processor), which processes data in compliance with GDPR as a processor. If you give consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) to measure website traffic. Data may also be made available to contractual partners providing technical operation of the website (e.g. hosting).
International Data Transfers
Google Ireland Limited, acting as a processor for Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, may transfer processed data to servers of Google LLC in the United States of America. This transfer takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR, approved by the European Commission. Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request correction or deletion of data,
- object to processing or request restriction of processing,
- withdraw consent for processing at any time (for driver applications), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
